I first met Kevin and Lindsay when Kevin was just a sweet stranger who hired me to photograph his proposal to Lindsay in May of 2017. It’s always incredible to meet two people during such an incredibly heightened moment and memory, but when I photographed Kevin & Lindsay’s proposal it was as though I had known them for years- and immediately I knew their love was that once in a lifetime, forever and always, for sure deal. Fast forward a few more months, and I was lucky enough to have them ask me to photograph their wedding day which meant I had the honor of capturing yet another chapter in their lives, and what a joy it would turn out to be. Their entire wedding day revolved around a warmth and love that is hard to put into words. From the tears of their first look, to the epic dance party that took place at their lakeside reception, every moment was filled with a joy I swear I could even feel in the air. The little things like pouring rain at the beginning of their day didn’t make them flinch, because they focused on the things that really mattered- their family, friends, and each other. 

Kevin & Lindsay, thank you for trusting me with your memories and capturing your love story. Thank you for making my life brighter by allowing me to witness a love like yours- not only between you two, but between your families, your friends, and everyone who was included in celebrating your love.
